gfx_sdl/mac: Don't reinit SDL video subsystem when changing video mode; fixes major glitchiness and flicker

Added --reset-videomode cmdline flag to gain the old behaviour, which was there for a reason: there was
originally some problem with changes to video mode not taking effect without it. Probably old versions of OSX only.
