Refactor frame_draw so all overloads call frame_draw_internal; replaced the Surface overload

All overloads support Surface-backed Frames.
Fixed problems due to the Surface overload of setclip, which I removed again.

Having so many layers of wrapper functions with huge argument lists
before getting to the actual blitting routine is pretty unsavoury;
hopefully it can be improved a bit later.
