Move autotest's "plotstr tests" script into a separate file, which is included into autotest.hss
I did this because the characters above U+00FF mess up the "search" feature in Hamster Whisper
(I would love to fix that bug in hwhisper in the future, but right now this seems like a reasonable work-around)
