xypair_wrapping_manhattan_distance was completely utterly wrong on wrapping maps. It's a miracle pathing on wrapping maps worked!

And it was always like that, not just since my recent changes.

I guess pathfinding is just like the rest of AI: you can never be sure it's correct, even when it works.
