Don't forget that we already have script commands to change whether to
display the cursor when full-screened. But there definitely should be a
convenient option in the mouse options too.

The "default" cursor state is slightly misleading; it means "default if you
don't care about the mouse" not "the default for Game/Custom". If you
actually want the mouse to appear or not, then call showmousecursor or
hidemousecursor. That's already done all over the place. Actually this
commit replaced all-but-one calls to defaultmousecursor in Custom.
