[Ohrrpgce] Nightly build frequency?

Related: I noticed that the nightly .deb file isn't built. The nightly
build logs has the error "fakeroot not found". fakeroot is called from
linux/ohr_debian.py. (I guess it could just not use fakeroot if it's not
installed. Actually, I should change 'scons install' to use fakeroot when
'destdir' is set...)
