Add options to save and load .ohrkeys files from the macro menu.

Added to whatsnew.txt. Note that the commandline options for
recording/replaying were never documented in whatsnew, so I credited
James for this as well.

Also, maybe 'macro' isn't a great name for a recording of playing a game.
'recording' is a bit ambiguous though.
