Add Ctrl+F11 macro recording & replay menu. Replaces previous Ctrl+F11 and [Shift+]Ctrl+F12 keys

This is just a better interface to the previous keys for recording
and replaying macros, so that I could remove Ctrl+F12.
I also added the menu to the F8 debug menu.

Also, show a message when using F11 to toggle walk-through-walls.
