Add "Initial music/sound effects volume" settings, and change default sfx volume to 75% from 100%
So default music/sfx volumes change from 50%/100% to 50%/75%. I
did this to bring them closer together, since the sfx are too loud
in most OHR games. But I didn't want to change them too much, since
some games (especialy well polished ones) immediately set the music
volume to 100% to match the sfx volume, or have manually reduced
sfx volumes.
According to scanscripts.py, 37 games use setmusicvolume,
of which just 8 do setmusicvolume(255).
It's not a big problem, since the player will be able to adjust
volumes anyway.
Added a fixbit fixInitDefaultVolumes to set the initial volumes.
Also, in new games the default music/sfx volumes are 75%/75%.
The ingame-defaults are also used when previewing music/sfx in custom.
