[Ohrrpgce] "Follow walls stop for others" doesn't always stop

I think the first looks like a bug, I probably made some kind of mistake in
how I was checking for the collision

And I agree that trying to support the buggy behavior of the second bug is
not worth the effort. I sincerely doubt anybody relies on it.
