Move a bunch of functions (or parts of them) to a new audiofile.bas module

Homogenising indentation/capitalisation in a separate commit, to assist
svn/git blame.

Trivia: valid_music_file has now been moved 5 times, from subs2.bas to
fbcompat.bas to compat.bas to common.bas to browse.bas to audiofile.bas
