[Ohrrpgce] OHRRPGCE logo

[James Paige]

I found this SVG file on my computer. It looks like it is just a smoothed
and traced version of the existing one.

I also found this image that is used for the android splash screen, which
we could update/replace with whatever cleaner version we come up with
eventually.

If anybody creates such a thread, I will be sure to comment :)
