sliceedit: move slicelookup(), specialcodes() and slicemenu() into SliceEditState

Much more could be moved in ses, or into a new UDT for the detail menu.
Renamed menu() to slicemenu() to avoid confusion with the other menu()
in the slice editor.
Now need to clean up the multitudes of ses.slicemenu(state.pt).handle's.
