The svn working copy on gilgamesh that is used for nightly linux builds was
broken by the unicode filenames

At first I thought this was because gilgamesh had an old version of the svn
client (which was somewhat silly, because gilgamesh is also the svn server)

I upgraded gilgamesh to the latest version of Debian.

I then realized that didn't fix the problem, and that my $LANG is un-set
for some silly reason.

Once I fixed that, it was fine.
