Add three walkabout sets (and palettes) to ohrrpgce.new, from FnrrfYgmSchnish

These were originally from
http://superwalrusland.com/ohr/issue36/sprites/sprites.html
I remapped the colours so that all three walkabouts can be used with any of
the three palettes, and I edited the third walkabout a bit.
