Quit, team/order and rename hero menus are now centered correct at res smaller than 320x200

These and all other menus work correctly at resolutions from 320x200 and larger,
thanks to the compatpage hack, but when the screen width or height is smaller
than 320/200, they aren't drawn centered on the screen but appear down/right.
For these three menus I switched away from compatpage and manually calculate
screen coordinates around the center. Might seem pointless, but makes switching
to slices later slightly easier.
In general the builtin menus aren't usable at lower resolutions, but these 3
menus are small and can still fit on-screen so if you avoid shops, etc, you
might manage.
