Fix long existing sprite leak, happening when an enemy is spawned into a previously used slot
There's a commend in check_death:
 'Full cleanup of bslot() records belongs in loadfoe
Found easily with valgrind, because if the refcount of a Frame isn't
zero it isn't freed, and it shows up as leaked memory.
