scons: add gfx_directx.dll profiling builds (profile=1) using MicroProfiler.

You have to install MicroProfiler separately.

I also tried using the very popular Very Sleepy, which is a sampling
profiler that doesn't need special builds, and which understands both
DWARF and .pdb debug info, so should be able to profile across game.exe
and gfx_directx.dll, but it crashed every time, regardless of gfx backend :(
