The Tilemap Editor tile picker now allows selecting a block of tiles from the tileset, which becomes a clone brush

This clone brush behaves a little differently to the normal clone tool:
changing layer or drawing tile reset to the draw tool and deletes the clone
brush. I'm aware that switch tools normally doesn't delete the brush, which
I think is pretty minor
