Updated new proposed backend interface. Removed gfx_Acquire* functions. Added gfx_ClipCursor, gfx_ShowCursor, and gfx_HideCursor to replace io_setmousevisibility and io_mouserect. Added gfx_GetJoystickCount. Removed gfx_Get*Movement. Organized functions a little.
