Fix broken RemoveParent() which was severing the sibling list.
Add a missing call to RemoveParent() to both AddSiblingAfter() and AddSiblingBefore()
Add a sanity check to AddSiblingAfter() and AddSiblingBefore() to disallow adding
siblings to the root node of a document.
