I think it was mentioned that obstructions are disabled in Siv

This doesn't seem like such a good idea any more, without a bitset to enable
it. It seems likely to me that some people out there are using pixel based
NPC/hero placement and then walk hero/npc commands.

It would just be safer to stick to just fixing walls and activation. But how
would you do that? Seems like most of the implementation of pixel based
movement.
