[Ohrrpgce] DirectX Graphics backend, Beta test

Well, I haven't heard any negative results about the directx backend test, except for a segmentation violation on a pre-directx 9 machine (which this backend does not support, and a safe-fail is being worked out), and swapping graphics adapters while the program is running. Aside from these issues, the backend seems to be working fine.

I guess it's ready for the repository now! :D
