Breaking change: placesprite could be used on all slices. I renamed it to putslice, and added a new putsprite (which placesprite is aliased to) which doesn't allow non-sprites. Affects people on recompiling their scripts.
Also added putslicescreen and fixed getspritetype, and moved a minor notice from whatsnew.txt
