I don't really see why it's needed - alt-tab, the windows key, and any other WM
window switching combinations already let you leave the window. However, I
admit that it is pretty nice.

Ideally the cursor should be unhidden and the mouse position not reported when
the window loses focus, but I don't know how to do that with fbgfx.
