crop textbox lines at 38 chars

Okay. This patch makes sure that textbox lines will not exceed 38 chars if they
get extended by strings or hero names.

Also, I made the limit an argument, in case we ever want to use this same
embedtext sub for embedding strings and hero names into other places where
different limits would apply. (For example, a Map name like "${H5}'s House" or
an attack that says "${S0}" for it's attack caption)
