[Ohrrpgce] HssEd source code (and RemotePad)

I am pretty sure the problem in Windows XP is the way in which I execute 
the external command HSPEAK.EXE

I am using a method that works in older windows, but I should be using 
some other method. I don't remember much at all about executing external 
processes in Windows programs-- only that there are multiple ways of 
doing it.

Anyway, HssEd currently assumes that ALL program-running errors are 
"program not found" -- even when they aren't, which is why it asks you 
to locate HSPEAK.EXE again.
