<p>I'm able to reproduce this on most attempts in a Win XP VM when pressing F9 and increasing the zoom on Custom's splash screen, just using normal keypresses.</p>
<p>I can't reproduce this at all with gfx_sdl2 or on Linux. I think this is Windows-specific.</p>
<p>Also I notice that if I keep holding down enter when activating the "Zoom #x" option, gfx_sdl doesn't think the key is still pressed if it doesn't think it's stuck, while gfx_sdl2 can still see it, so it'll start to repeat. More evidence that gfx_sdl2 doesn't suffer this problem.</p>
