<p>Elemental resists and enemy types are no longer bits. Changing them should be done with Buffs/Debuffs (<a class="issue-link js-issue-link" data-error-text="Failed to load title" data-id="619681533" data-permission-text="Title is private" data-url="https://github.com/ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce/issues/1127" data-hovercard-type="issue" data-hovercard-url="/ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce/issues/1127/hovercard" href="https://github.com/ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce/issues/1127">#1127</a>).</p>
<p>As a result, this feature is a far lower priority, though it would still have uses. However, it could be a pain to implement and maintain because bits sometimes get replaced. So I expect we would only allow modifying certain hand-picked bits, not all of them.</p>
<p>I definitely would not implement this as a damage type, as msw suggested. It should instead be a separate effect of the attack, just like setting tags or attack costs are.</p>
<p>Also I don't see a need for a "toggle" feature.</p>
