<p>Yes, very much the plan.<br>
Note battles always run at 18.3fps to avoid breaking, and that the walking (and walk-in-place) <em>animation</em> speed is now also framerate independent, so the only animations broken by framerate changes are tile animations (and scripted ones).</p>
