<p>I'd like to definitely be able to opt in with a bitset like "Enemies check cost from player inventory" or the like. For example, one of the final bosses in OHRodents makes intentional use of this feature to steal cheese from the players (he's <em>their</em> party's thief) but Sugarman shouldn't be adding Candy to the player's inventory when healing himself.</p>
