If gifsicle is available, use it to compress .gifs after recording them<br>

gifsicle is run asynchronously and invisibly in the background<br>
using open_process(), and might take up to ~10s or more for big files.<br>
<br>
Although gif.h implements both delta-coding and LZW compression, there<br>
are a lot of tricks that can be used to compress further, like only<br>
outputting dirty rectangles.<br>
Depending on the gif, gifsicle can reduce the size from 20-80%.<br>
Recordings of Custom tend to compress much better.<br>
