[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Random sometimes failure in compiling _ZN6RELOAD3DOCaSERKS0_ (Issue #1295)

bob-the-hamster created an issue (ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce#1295)

Sometimes, randomly, the build will fail with this weird error message:

When I compile again, the problem goes away. It doesn't happen often, and until recently I had only seen it on my own dev machine, so I was just ignoring it and living with it...

But now I have seen it once in a 64 bit Linux dockerized nightly build, so i know it isn't just me, so I figured I should make a bug for it. (Could be a Debian 11 64 bit problem?)
