Definitely a clean build, because I get the same even when I `rm -R ./build`

However, you are right, `build/game-achievements.rbas.o.c` is almost empty.

Furthermore, `build/achievements.rbas.bas` is completely empty.

So the problem command seems to be:
```
python3 reloadbasic/reloadbasic.py --careful achievements.rbas -o build/achievements.rbas.bas
```
I'm investigating that. It runs with no errors, and other reloadbasic invocations do seem to generate code just fine.
