sliceedit: Improved mouse focus. The menu is now above the collection. Added Alt-Up/Down keys

While the mouse is above a menu item, that slice also now has ants drawn over it

Use hittesting so menu items don't extend across the screen.
Properly handle drags which leave or cross over the menu.
