Add mouse support to sliceedit_xy (slice repositioning/resizing) and fix a crash

Pressing F6 to reposition the slice collection and then pressing Ctrl crashed.

Show the current XY/WH value onscreen.

Also, don't allow resizing to negative slices in this menu, except for Line slices

And split up the help pages for F6 vs resize/reposition.
