[Ohrrpgce] OHRRPGCE Nightly build check (breq)

I fixed the Mac build problem It was getting stuck on svn update because it
was prompting to accept ssl certs (P for permanent never seems to last)

I updated the SLD2 and SDL2_mixer frameworks.

I also went hunting for Euphoria 3.0.5 for the Windows build vm, but I
could not find it. 3.0.2 was the only member of the 3.0.x series that still
exists on the Euphoria sourceforge page.

4.0.5 is what is currently installed on the Windows build vm
