Rewrite distrib-wine.sh, distrib-nightly-wine.sh using ohrpackage.py

Actually I replaced most of each with contents of distrib-win.bat,
distrib-nightly-win.bat, distrib-nightly-win-packnupload.bat and ported it over
to shell script, so that they're identical.

Previously the wine scripts didn't put the same files in packages as the .bat
scripts.
