Yikes, fix garbage branch_rev=12220 value in codename.txt

I set it to that a couple years ago while testing something it was never meant
to be committed. That commit didn't even exist at the time.

The 12220 value will now be ignored in existing .rpgs. The incorrect value had
no effect anywhere.
