[Ohrrpgce] SVN: teeemcee/13045 Update ohrstable.sh for win95 builds, and also document static symlinks

I've set up fixed symlinks as described in ohrstable.sh and also created a
temp ohrrpgce-player-win-win95.zip symlink to
ohrrpgce-player-win-2020-05-02-gorgonzola.zip.

http://hamsterrepublic.com/dl/ohrrpgce-player-win.zip was symlinked to
ohrrpgce-minimal-2020-05-02-gorgonzola.zip instead of to the player zip,
which still worked but was a much larger download.

I also changed the redirect from ohrrpgce_play.zip from the (previously
obsolete, now win95) ohrrpgce-player-win.zip to ohrrpgce-player-win-sdl2.zip

I still need to clean up the nightly builds directory and add some
symlinks, but the Distribute Game menu shouldn't be broken.
