Add temp prints to nightly distrib code to investigate linux nightly package failure

Linux nightlies show the error:
  File "./ohrpackage.py", line 547, in format_output_filename
    return template.format(TODAY = today, CODENAME = codename, BRANCH = branch_name, REV = rev)
  ValueError: Single '}' encountered in format string

Also investigating why Windows nightlies run "/game.exe -buildinfo buildinfo.ini" which
appears to be impossible, although it doesn't lead to a failure.

Can't reproduce either of these locally
