ohrpackage.py is now used to package the source code too, and can use git instead of svn

ohrpackage.py will copy and zip the source-controlled files from the working
copy it's run from, with any modifications, rather than check out a second copy
using svn. And it can do so from a git working copy. distrib-nightly-linux.sh
still uses the separate ohrrpgce-build copy if it exists.

The source zips now always contain a directory named 'ohrrpgce' rather than the
codename of the release. (Because I didn't think it was worth mimicing that)
