Cleanup heavily duplicated code in SetChildNode & AppendChildNode overloads and GetChildNode*

Yikes. 102 lines deleted!

Lots of functions checked "parent->flags AND nfNotLoaded" before calling
GetChildByName or AppendChildNode which do so as well. Likewise it checks for
null ptr, so usually (not always) can avoid that too
