New build of CrashSender1403.exe with working SMTP email by always using a valid email address

Commit f215f0a119 in my https://github.com/rversteegen/crashrpt2/commits/v1403_minimised branch
Summary of changes:

    Disabling 'Delete' option in the detail dlg didn't work, so remove it instead

    SMTP: Always use the first To email as the From email, so the email can be anything
    Also, cleanup/minimise the email contents greatly.
    Notably even if the email is valid but is some dummy value it's likely to be blocked.

    Bug fix: CrashSender queued reports sending via SMTP sends only the first report

    Mark CrashSender as v1.4.0.3b in file details, without actually bumping the version
