[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] Pushable NPCs can't be pushed with mouse/touch controls (#1220)

Right now there is no way to push pushable NPCs with mouse/touch controls. 

Desired behavior is that pathing to a pushable npc should stop next to it, and if you click the pushable npc again while you are already standing next to it, then a push attempt will be made.

For NPCs that can be both pushed and activated, activating first and pushing second as part of the same action is probably the safest behavior
