write_config now looks for a matching config line and if so overwrites it

This fixes a problem where calling read_config after write_config might not
return the value you just wrote, if someone added a game- or app-specific config
line but you called write_config with a less specific prefix.

..however, it does mean if you try to write a prefixed setting, it gets written
as something more general instead.
