[Ohrrpgce] Windows nightly build box still stuck on euphoria 4.0.5

That's weird. I don't see -arch on the commandline to euc, or to anything
else. We *don't* pass -arch to euc except when cross-compiling.

I know a good way to avoid having to work out that bug, which is go back to
Euphoria 4.1.0 :)
