gfx_sdl2: pressing unrecognised gamepad buttons caused all buttons to appear pressed

"unrecognised" buttons are MISC1, PADDLE1-4 and TOUCHPAD when compiling with FB
1.08+, otherwise there are none.

I haven't seen this happen, but noticed the bug in the code
