[Ohrrpgce] [ohrrpgce/ohrrpgce] XBox Joypad Stuck Analogue Up in Custom (#1215)

OS: Windows, will test the Linux build at a later point
Version: hróðvitnir
Joypad: 8bitdo M30 when detected as an Xbox One controller by steam; PS4, Switch, and Generic worked fine.

If up on my dpad (it's mapped to analogue on this controller) on my joypad is pressed while Custom is not focused, the key will get stuck until custom is focused again and a key is pressed again. Somehow custom is still getting joypad input while not being focused.

Further testing with an actual Xbox controller is probably needed.

To replicate: open custom, open an rpg file,  unfocus custom by clicking elsewhere, press up on key.
