[Ohrrpgce] SVN: james/12363 Exclude vikings from source zip in distrib-wine.sh

Isn't splitting this and "Exclude vikings from source zip in
distrib-win.bat" into separate commits a wee bit excessive? Splitting
interrelated changes over multiple commits does make the history harder to
follow when you look at just one commit, e.g. when using git blame.
